Redhatch - Policy Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Redhatch is a social platform dedicated to connecting people and fostering communities. To maintain a safe environment for all users, Redhatch enforces a strict, Zero-Tolerance Policy against any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

1. Zero Tolerance

Redhatch strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or interaction that exploits, harms, or endangers minors. There are no exceptions to this rule. Any user found violating this policy will face immediate and permanent removal from the platform without the possibility of appeal.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Users are strictly prohibited from generating, uploading, sharing, or promoting:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
• Grooming: Any attempt to build an emotional connection with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Sextortion: Threatening to expose sexual images or information of a minor to coerce them into providing money, additional images, or sexual acts.
• Sexualization of Minors: Any content that sexually objectifies minors, including text, images, or AI-generated/manipulated media (deepfakes).
• Harmful External Links: Linking to any external websites, forums, or hidden networks that host or promote CSAE/CSAM.

3. Enforcement and Consequences

Redhatch employs both automated systems and community reporting to monitor for safety violations. If a violation of this policy is detected:

• Immediate Account Termination: The offending user's account, hardware ID, and associated data will be permanently banned from the Redhatch network.
• Evidence Preservation: We will preserve all relevant account data, chat logs, and metadata related to the violation as required by law.
• Reporting to Authorities: Redhatch is legally obligated and fully committed to reporting all instances of CSAM and child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through their CyberTipline, as well as to relevant local and international law enforcement agencies.

4. How to Report Violations

Community safety is our highest priority. If you encounter any content, user, or behavior on Redhatch that you suspect violates our CSAE policy, you must report it immediately.

To report an incident:

• Use the in-app reporting tools (accessible via the profile or post options).
• Direct Contact: Email our Trust & Safety team directly at redhatch.org@gmail.com. Please include the username of the offender, a description of the incident, and timestamps. Do not download or attach CSAM to your email; simply describe the context and point us to the account.

5. Law Enforcement Cooperation

Redhatch cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations regarding the exploitation of minors. Law enforcement officials seeking data retention or user information can contact our legal team directly at redhatch.org@gmail.com with official requests.
