Redhatch: Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Redhatch application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. Redhatch is a Physical Esports platform that requires real-world movement and interaction.

2. Real-World Safety & Assumption of Risk

CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING: Redhatch is played in the real world. You agree that your use of the App is at your own risk. By playing, you agree to the following:

• Be Aware: Always remain aware of your physical surroundings. Do not look at your screen while walking into traffic, crossing streets, or entering hazardous areas.
• No Trespassing: You will not trespass on private property, restricted government areas, or dangerous locations while playing, hunting treasure, or creating Quests.
• Lawful Play: You will obey all local laws, traffic rules, and pedestrian regulations.
• Assumption of Risk: Redhatch assumes no liability for physical injury, property damage, or death resulting from your use of the App or your participation in Physical Esports.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Redhatch. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. Selling, trading, or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited.

4. The Reality Engine (User-Generated Content)

Redhatch allows you to build games, quests, and drop digital items into the physical world.

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you create, but you grant Redhatch a global, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your creations within the platform.
• Prohibited Content: You may not create quests or games that promote violence, harassment, illegal acts, or place digital markers in physically dangerous or highly sensitive locations (e.g., hospitals, military bases).

5. Anti-Cheating & GPS Spoofing

Redhatch is a competitive Physical Esports platform. Fair play is mandatory. The following actions will result in an immediate hardware and account ban:

• Using GPS spoofing apps, location simulators, or VPNs to manipulate your in-game location.
• Using modified clients, bots, or automated scripts to play the game or farm AURA.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage in combat or leaderboards.

6. Virtual Items & Purchases

Redhatch may offer virtual currency (e.g., Gems) or digital items. These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Redhatch reserves the right to modify or remove virtual items at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redhatch and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the App.
